- Cookies - small text information sent by the web server and saved on the user's side. The default cookie parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained therein. Cookies are most often used to monitor visitor activity. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, e.g. on the hard drive, and the data assigned to them (such as session numbers).
- The entity that places cookies on the Website User's end device and obtains access to them is:

- The use of cookies is intended to:
- adapting the content of the Website's pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files make it possible to recognize the Website User's device and properly display the website, tailored to his or her individual needs;
- creating statistics that help understand how Website Users use websites, which allows them to be improved;
- maintaining the Website User's session and ensuring the operation of all Website functions;
- providing users with advertising content tailored to their interests and needs
- The Website uses 3 main types of cookies:
- session cookies – session files: temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser).
- persistent cookies – permanent: they are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
- third party cookies – external entities: files originating, for example, from various advertising servers, company servers and service providers (e.g. maps placed on the website, social networking sites, etc.) cooperating with the owner of a given website. These files allow you to customize advertisements, thanks to which the use of websites can be tailored to the preferences and habits of users. They also allow you to assess the effectiveness of advertising activities (e.g. by counting how many people clicked on a given ad and went to the advertiser's website). The information contained in third-party cookies is managed by the given third-party entity, which sets them in accordance with its privacy policy.
- The following types of cookies are used on the Website:
- "necessary" cookies enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Website, cookies used to maintain the user's session;
- "functional" cookies, which make it possible to remember the settings selected by the User and personalize the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region from which the User comes, font size, website color, website appearance, etc.;
- "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the Website pages are used;
- "advertising" cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content to Users, e.g. tailored to their interests.
- In most cases, software used to browse websites (e.g. web browsers) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Website users can change cookie settings at any time on their device or software. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform the User each time they are placed on the Website User's device. - The Website Operator informs that changing the settings in the software (e.g. in a web browser) for the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
- Cookies that are placed on the Website User's end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.

Information about the Contractor's personal data
- The administrator of the Contractor's personal data is Dywilan sp. z o.o. based in Łódź, ul. Sterlinga 27/29, 90-212 Łódź KRS 0000039384, NIP 7251486179, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
- The Customer's personal data are processed in connection with the Administrator's performance of the contract/services regarding the supply of carpets for the Contractor. The purpose of personal data processing is to provide the above-mentioned services or other similar services that are provided by the Administrator at the request of the Contractor.
- The Administrator informs that providing personal data is a contractual and statutory requirement (when documenting sales made to the Customer with a VAT invoice). Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to conclude a contract with the Administrator and also makes it impossible to issue a VAT invoice.
- The Administrator informs that each Contractor has the right to access, correct and update his or her personal data. Each Contractor also has the right to transfer data, object to processing and delete personal data, if there are legal grounds for doing so.
- The Administrator informs that the Contractor's personal data will be stored for the entire period of providing services to the Contractor, and the data will also be stored for the period of limitation of possible claims, including tax and civil claims.
- The Administrator informs that the Contractor's personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- Accounting offices supporting the Administrator,
- Law firms providing services to the Administrator,
- Audit offices,
- IT companies and companies providing support and management of the Administrator's IT infrastructure,
- Courier and postal companies.
- The Administrator informs about the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority supervising the processing of personal data.
