General provisions
- The data controller for personal data collected through the website https://dywilan.pl is Dywilan Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator," also acting as the Service
Provider. - All inquiries and requests regarding the exercise of your rights should be addressed to DYWILAN sp. z o.o., 90-212 Łódź, ul. Sterlinga 27/29.
- Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
- We take special care to protect the interests of the individuals whose data we process, ensuring that the data collected by us is:
- processed lawfully;
- collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner
- incompatible with those purposes;
- adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, and stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
Data collection scope
Your personal data is collected and processed only on the basis of appropriate legal grounds, and the scope depends on the type of service provided. The personal data processed by the Administrator primarily include: email address, name, and data contained in the content of messages sent to us, which we receive from you as a result of your voluntary consent.
Purposes and legal basis for data collection
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- responding to inquiries addressed to us by phone and sent via the contact form available on the website https://dywilan.pl – processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the administrator related to building and developing relationships with our customers and striving to sell goods and services;
- taking actions at your request before entering into a contract, e.g., sending an offer tailored to your needs by the Administrator – processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e.,
the performance of actions necessary for the conclusion of a contract or taken at your request before its conclusion; - sending marketing content via the communication channel for which you have given voluntary consent, i.e., by email to the specified email address and/or telephone notifications (SMS/MMS), for presenting offers and commercial terms – processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the administrator related to building and developing relationships with our customers and striving to sell goods and services.
Data processing period
- Your personal data will only be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, i.e., for the period necessary to respond to the inquiry received by phone or sent via the contact form or application, but not longer than 6 months from the date of the last contact.
- In the case of processing data on the basis of consent, the data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, but no longer than until its withdrawal.
- In the event of clear termination of communication from your side, the data will be deleted immediately from the working system databases and from backup copies within 30 days.
Data recipients
The Administrator may only transfer personal data to trusted recipients, such as entities providing and servicing IT systems or solutions, entities supporting website management, marketing service providers, and law firms providing services to Dywilan Sp. z o.o.
Individual rights
At any time, you have the right to:
- withdraw consent to processing;
- request access to your personal data;
- request rectification of your personal data;
- request erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data;
- object to processing of data.
To exercise your rights, we encourage you to contact us directly via email at dywilan@dywilan.pl. In case of withdrawing consent, we suggest sending a message from the same email address or phone number from which you receive marketing content. The sole consequence of withdrawing consent will be that you will no longer receive information about our offers and other marketing content from us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out by us prior to such withdrawal. If you have any doubts about the respect for your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory
authority (UODO).
